Attendees or guests of the event can explore the gallery under the domain and branding of the white-label licensee. They receive emails from the email address associated with the white-label licensee’s domain. Essentially, white-labeling serves to amplify your brand.

What are the terms and conditions of the white-label license?

Typically, Memzo provides a whitelabel license that lasts for one year from the date it is purchased or approved. Throughout this duration, you have the ability to use the whitelabel characteristics and branding for your events.

Can I customize the platform under a white-label license?

White-label license allows you to customize the event links, communicate with event attendees using a personal domain email address and more. In the future, custom branding through CSS will be introduced, enabling you to apply your unique brand colors to the event link landing pages viewed by event attendees.

What happens if there are updates or new features to the SaaS platform?

White-label license users automatically receive access to new features, unless communicated that they will not be available.

What happens after the one-year license period expires?

Upon the conclusion of the one-year license term, all pre-existing events and interactions under the white-label URLs will persist in their normal operation. However, any new events created after the license expiry will default to Memzo URLs instead of your custom whitelabel URLs. Emails and SMS sent via whitelabel channels will stop for both old and new events, shifting all communication solely to Memzo Branding.

What happens if I decide to end my white-label license?

Once procured, a white-label license can be relinquished without a refund of the license fee. Alternatively, you can allow the license validity to lapse and revert to being a regular user.
